1. Definition of terms used

Service provider: The term "service provider" includes all companies operating one or more hotels of the SANGHO brand.

User: Any person who does not have a partnership contract with the provider, individual or company, who makes a reservation and / or stay at one of the SANGHO hotels.

Overnight: Unit of account of the number of nights in a hotel.

Extras included in the order: Optional options offered at the time of booking.

On site extras: Additional services, ordered and consumed during the stay, therefore not included in the order submitted by the time of the booking (such as drinks, phone calls, etc.).

2. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the contractual relations between the service provider and SANGHO hotels customers, from the reservation to the user checking out, as well as the conditions applicable to any reservation made through reservation services. These general terms and conditions will prevail over any other terms and conditions, or particular ones, not expressly approved by the service provider. The service provider reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in effect on the reservation confirmation’s date.

The registration of the reservation and the sending confirmation will be proof of the transaction and acceptance of the carried out operations.

Any validated booking involves the express and complete acceptance of our general terms and conditions, the acknowledgment of being aware of those and waiving the right to apply any of your own purchase conditions or other ones.

4. Capacity

The user must be legally capable of contracting.

The user is financially responsible for the use of the online booking site, as well as in his own name as for third parties, especially minors. Regarding this, the user guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the informations provided, as by himself as by the minors he has in his custody while booking.

A fraudulent use of the reservation services or which contravenes the present general terms and conditions may lead to the proposed services access refusal and to prosecution before the competent jurisdictions.

5. Formation of contract

The contract is deemed to be formed once a reservation number has been allocated by the service provider to the user, and was communicated during the reservation by the provider booking centre. This can be done by any means of communication (Telephone, e-mail, mail, etc.).

6. IT and Liberties

In compliance with Law 78-17 of the French Data Protection Act, customers are cautioned that their reservation is subject to a computerized nominative treatment. 7. Right of withdrawal

In compliance with the requirements of Article L 121-21-8 of the Consumption Code, the services offered on the site by the Company are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L. 121-21 ff. and of the consumption code regarding distance selling.

1. Terms of reservation

The reservation of the proposed services can be done by phone at the reservation centre of the service provider at the following number 01 42 97 14 00, by e-mail at, by letter addressed to the reservation centre or directly addressed to one of the SANGHO brand establishments or by online reservation.

A written confirmation of the booking will be immediately communicated to the user by email. This confirmation will include the key elements of the reservation, such as the type of room booked, the number of nights, the price, the dates of stay, any extras subscribed by the time of the order.

2. Proof of the transaction

It is expressly agreed that, unless there is a manifest error proved by the user, the data kept in the information system of the service provider, on computer or electronic support, have convincing force concerning the reservations made by the user.

Therefore, such data may be produced as evidence in any contentious or other proceeding and shall be receivable, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document which may be established, received or retained in writing.

3. The price

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included, unless stated otherwise in our brochures and other commercial documents (website, etc.). For reservations made online, the user has a choice between two rates:

- Non-flexible rate for non-modifiable and non-refundable booking

- Flexible rate for a cancellable and modifiable reservation, subject to certain conditions, refer to paragraphs modification II.8 and cancellation II.9. The hotel reserves the right whether to propose flexible rates or not.

The amount to be paid by the user includes the price of the stay (unit room price multiplied by the number of nights) plus the options chosen during the booking (unit price multiplied by the quantity ordered).

On site extras are not included in the price and will be paid on site at the end of the stay, at an additional cost.

4. Price revision

The provider reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices indicated on its brochures and other commercial supports, as well as the prices displayed in the establishments. These modifications will be inapplicable to reservations previously accepted by the service provider.

5. Availabilities

     a.    Confirmed availability

The user chooses his/her room, the availability is accepted, the order is confirmed (see $6), he/she receives the confirmation by email.

      b.   On demand availability

The user chooses his/her room, the availability can need the confirmation of the hotel, the latter undertakes to meet the needs within 48 hours and will transmit electronically a response to the customer.

6. Online Orders

The customer must, when placing his order:

- fill in the identification form on which he/she will indicate all the contact details requested,

- fill in the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen,

- validate its order after having verified it,

- make the payment in accordance with the conditions

The Company sends an email to the Customer with the confirmation of the registered order.

The reservation is only firm and definitive after receipt of the confirmation addressed to the Client by the Company.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these terms and conditions, acknowledgment of being aware and waiving the right to apply to any of your own terms of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

7. Terms of payment

During the reservation the user will have to communicate the authentication elements of his/her credit card, in order to validate the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

- For the non-flexible rate

The total price of the reservation is debited at the time of the booking, on the credit card provided by the user.

The user expressly acknowledges that his credit card will be debited immediately.

- For the flexible rate

The total price of the reservation will be charged ten (10) days before the arrival date.

The reservation confirmed by the user will be considered effective only after agreement of the centres of bank payment concerned. In case of refusal of these centers, the reservation will be canceled automatically.

- Payment of on site extras

Extras will be paid on site at the end of the stay.

8. Change in the reservation

Any changes in the reservation concerns the dates of stay and the type of room. This provision is applicable to bookings made at the flexible rate.

- Modification at the user request

Reservation changes may be made without charge, subject to availability. Any modification of the reservation resulting in an increase or a decrease in rates will give rise to an additional invoice or a refund of the differential and will be possible until D10 of the date of arrival. Changes within 10 days of arrival will be considered a cancellation.

- Modification at the request of the service provider

In case of unavailability of rooms reserved as a result of a fortuitous event, the service provider agrees to relocate the users, without additional charge, to a hotel of at least equivalent standing. The transfer costs associated with this relocation will be paid by the service provider.

9. Cancellation terms by the user

Any cancellation of the reservation may be total (the whole stay) or partial (the cancellation of a participant or the cancellation of one of the reserved rooms). This provision is applicable to bookings made at the flexible rate. Any cancellations must be made by e-mail with the reservation number. The email date of receipt will be the date selected for cancellation. For cancellation delays, it is agreed to retain as "Estimated date of arrival", the day of the first night scheduled at noon (12:00)

- If the cancellation occurs:

- More than ten (10) days before the scheduled arrival date, no compensation will be payable by the user.

- Between ten (10) days and three (3) days before the scheduled arrival date, the refund will be made less an allowance equivalent to the first night's price.

- Less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date and for stays longer than 1 night, an allowance equivalent to the price of the first two nights will be retained to the user.

- In case of no show:

For a one night stay, an indemnity equivalent to the price of the night will be retained to the user.

For a stay of more than one night, an indemnity equivalent to the price of the first two nights will be retained to the user.

10. Cancellation terms by the service provider

In case of cancellation by the provider, or one of its principals, the reservation will be totally refunded immediately by crediting the credit card sent to the booking. The provider reserves the right to refuse any reservation of a user with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous reservation.

11. General rules relating to hotels

- Rooms possession:

Check-in is at 3 pm and the room must be vacant (check-out) before 12 noon.

- Facilities and services: 

The photographs, films, drawings and descriptions, illustrating the products do not enter the contractual field. If errors do not affect the substantial characteristics of the services and products offered therein, the liability of the provider or of one of its principals can in no case be incurred.

12. Due care

In the online booking process, the provider is only obliged to do so. Its liability can not be incurred for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network such as in particular loss of data, intrusion, virus, breach of service, etc.

13. Force majeure

Force majeure means any event outside the parties which is both unpredictable and insurmountable and which prevents the user or the service provider from performing all or part of the obligations laid down in the contract.

By express agreement, this will apply in particular to the transport strike, hotel staff, insurrection, riots and prohibition issued by governmental or public authorities.

It is expressly agreed that force majeure shall suspend the fulfillment of the reciprocal obligations of the parties.

14. Complaints

Any complaint relating to your reservation must be sent by recorded letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the head office of the company SOPROTEC, at the latest within fifteen days following the last night.

15. Responsibilities

The company SOPROTEC and the service provider decline all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, degradation of effects belonging to customers during their stay.

The Customer shall be held liable for any damage, degradation or vandalism which may occur as a result of the occupancy of the premises and / or the fact of the participants and / or the staff for whom he is responsible, Movable, decoration and real estate belonging or not belonging to the hotel. Consequently, the Company has every right to ask the Customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund of the stay in progress, and to reimburse the damages caused by these acts.

The Company, in the process of online sales, is held only by an obligation of means. Its liability can not be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of the service, or other unintentional problems.

17. Intellectual property

Without express, written and preliminary agreement, it is explicitly forbidden to reproduce, exploit, distribute or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, the elements present on the site, or to disseminate a simple or hypertext link.

18. Assignment of jurisdiction

Disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these general terms and conditions shall be governed by French law and shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. In its relations with clients, legal entities, only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris will be competent.
